  • We partner closely with our clients to define and appropriately communicate project scope, resources, responsibilities, budget, timeline, and deliverables at the beginning of the project. We provide status reporting throughout the project, including risk identification and mitigation planning as needed.

  • Should needs change during the course of the project, we define and document the scope change and project impacts together.

  • We strive to understand the uniqueness of the client's organization and issues, from a conceptual level down to operational process details. From this in-depth understanding, we are able to develop and implement efficient, effective solutions and assist clients in benchmarking organization performance.

  • We believe transparency in methodology and knowledge transfer during the engagement are critical. We seek to ensure understanding of our approach by all levels of staff and provide supporting documentation with all deliverables. We work closely with staff at the close of projects to ensure a smooth hand-off.
